A vegetarian Chinese dish cooked with pak choi

Pak Choi Shitake Mushroom Stir-fry is a popular vegetarian recipe, often seen in restaurants in China and the best part is that it is so easy to prepare on your own at home.

This a great dish to enjoy in the summer, green vegetables are generally low in calories except avocado, and they are usually rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals or plant chemicals. The ingredients with in green vegetables help to maintain a good quality of health and they are needed for good health.

Shitake mushrooms are a powerful source of antioxidant, and the amount of ergothioneine are the highest in shitake mushrooms. And the best news is that L-ergothioneine is not destroyed when mushrooms are cooked.

Here is the vegetarian recipe, it is also suitable for vegan

Ingredients:
Shitake Mushroom 5
Pak Choi 10 bunches
1 tsp salt
sugar 12grams
1 tablespoon of superior Light soy sauce
Some wet potato flour-1 tablespoon potato flour, 1-2 tbsp of water

1. Cut mushrooms into quarters
2. Take the pak choi bunch apart, and cut the leaves into half if they are too big .
3. Finely Chop the garlic and don’t forget to peel them first.
4. Heat oil in a wok until smokes start to come out.
5. Add in Pak choi stir quickly, add a little bit of salt ½ teaspoon, cook it for about 3-5 minutes, and put it into a plate.
6. Heat oil in a wok, and bring it to moderate temperature
7. Add in Shitake Mushrooms, keep stirring, when water comes out, add in Salt, Soy Sauce and Sugar, stir it well.
8. When the smell comes out, add in web potato flour
9. Add in cooked Pak Choi, mix it well with mushrooms
10. Put it into a plate and serve
Note. The amount of salt, sugar and soy sauce are only suggestions. Mix the watered potato flour well, before it is added to wok.
