Clever Guacamole Plan

This guacamole recipe has many methods to love it. Its also excellent with chips, and any form of Mexican style food.

  • 2 med Mexican aguacates (avocados could be substituted,) med ripe
  • 1 tiny red medium challenging tomato (diced small)
  • 1 or 2 tiny Serrano peppers (seeded and quite finely diced)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 onion ( very finely diced)
  • 1/8 cup coarse cilantro

Experiment with it and adjust it according to your taste.

Smash the ‘aguacates’ utilizing a molcahete (Mexican chile and avacado squishier) in case you have one available (if you do not have a single you might use fork) till the aguacates (or avacados) are between chunky & smooth, based on your liking.
