Ingredients:
2-3 pounds of boneless round steak, 2 big spoons of cornstarch, 1 cup of meat broth, 1/4 cup of soya juice, 1/4 cup of plant oil, 4 medium size of cut green peppers, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1/3 cup of sliced onion, 1 cup of thin chopped celery, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 cup of water, and 1/4 spoon of pepper.
Procedures:
First, slice the boneless steak into thin and small pieces across the grain. This may be done faster if the meat is frozen.
Cook the beef in a large pan with the oil, wait until golden brown.
Once the meat turns to golden brown, chuck in the sliced onions, meat broth, cut celery, green peppers, pepper and salt. Wait and cover the skillet for 15 minutes or once the beef and vegetables are cooked.
Then add the soya juice, cornstarch, water and mix well. Stir till the meat is thickened for about a minute or 2.
Serve it on top of rice! It serves up to 8 folk. So there you go, a singular and real dish called Chinese Style Pepper Steak. Feel free to use a chopstick if you want.
