How To Make Homemade Pumpkin Pie

Firstly, we need to know the ingredients required for making the pie. You need 2 cups of pumpkin puree, 1 cup of evaporated milk, 1/3 cup of firmly packed brown sugar, cup of sugar, 2 or 3 eggs, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp ground ginger, tsp ground nutmeg, tsp salt and tsp ground cloves.

Then pour the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, ground nutmeg, evaporated milk, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and salt, all in a bowl and mix together properly. Keep the mixture in a bowl or store in the fridge.
Take a pie crust and warm it in the oven. Now take the pumpkin mix and pour it on the warm pie crust. Bake the mix for 35-40 minutes. The filling should be a bit quivery, somewhat like gelatine when nudged.
