Jersey’s Juicy Lucys Are A Huge Hit

Jersey’s Bar and Grill has been long established since September 2001, after 8 years of being in business Jersey’s has made a change to the menu that is a hot trend around the State of Minnesota. The Juicy Lucy! But wait, why has something so simple not been added to the menu of every Burger Restaurant in the Country? It is probably be because they are not an easy menu item to master.

So what exactly is a Juicy Lucy and what has Jersey’s done that is different than everyone else? A Juicy Lucy is a Hamburger Stuffed with the cheese instead of cheese on the top. Jersey’s has taken the Juciy Lucy concept to the next level, there are always two Juicy Lucys on the menu. The Original Jersey’s Juicy, which is a Hamburger stuffed with Cheddar Jack Cheese. A favorite is the Loaded Jucy, filled with Cheddar Jack and Diced Bacon, then topped with Sour Cream and Chives. Those two are loved by the customers but this is what is cool.

Mondays at 8p.m. Bill Ashton and Jason Franke do a live Internet T.V. show called Burgers, Beers and Bomb Shots! The crazy thing about this show is after 52 weeks they will have come up with 104 crazy different burger recipes you have never heard of.
