This is also something you should try to keep in mind, because no matter how good you are, you will always have the occasional bad day. There’s also another factor which comes into play when you learn to cook, in that while some people cook simply because they need to feed themselves, others cook because they actually find the process quite thrilling. For example, you may like a certain recipe, but you feel it’s too spicy, and if that were to be the case, then of course you’ll know what you need to do in order to make it more enjoyable for yourself. You’ll also find that as time goes on you’ll start creating your own personal recipes, but of course this is not something you’ll learn about as far as the basics of cooking is concern. With that said, if you don’t take the time to learn the basics, you’ll never be experienced enough to create your own recipes.
