Chicken can often be really bland. As a child I vividly remember finding the same boring thing on the kitchen table upon my return from school. My mom constantly made chicken recipes that consisted of meat, and Italian dressing. That was it! Just thinking about eating this bland and boring dish is upsetting my taste buds.

You can create a pasta sauce or make tacos using chicken burgers also. Chicken preparation and consumption can always be made healthy and diverse that one need never become tired of eating it. Chicken is one of the leanest meats out there, which makes it a great meal choice for your kids. Just make sure to mix it up, or they will get bored of the meat in general. It’s possible to sneak chicken into recipes when you serve combination meals such as soup or stew. There are a great many recipes that substitute chicken for less healthy sources of protein.
Be creative in your usage of even the most simple of meats next time you take on the task of preparing your next meal. There are so many delicious ways to prepare it such as baking, frying, poaching or roaching and endless others that the variety will make it impossible to ever tire of it.
