Process: * Heat the Dutch oven or fireproof casserole and cook the meat in the olive oil until brown. * Soften the onion and garlic with the meat in the same casserole or oven. * Add in the all purpose flour with salt till it is softens. * Put all the rest of the ingredients. * After covering let it simmer for about 2 to 3 hrs. * Take out the meat and add the chocolate in the sauce, cook until it becomes smooth and thick. * You can add 2 cups of water if the sauce thickens up too much. * Put salt according to the taste.
