Want To Make Ice Cream – Try This Method – 2 Plastic Bags And 15 Minutes

Everyone should try this. It’s good fun, and you get great ice cream. Try it at a dinner party, children’s party, but best of all when you have bored kids looking for trouble around the house on a wet wet day. They are enthralled by this. You get one serving out of the method below, so each kid can make their very own.

What you need for this.

1/2 cup milk .You can use cream but milk is fine here too, and keeps it that bit healthier, even better would be to use half fat milk.

About a tablespoon of sugar.

Chocolate syrup or cocoa power or vanilla extract. About a 1/4 teaspoon.

Lots of ice, if you don’t have enough you can buy it cheaply in any store or just fill up your ice trays or ice bags in advance.

You will need either rock salt or table salt for this method. Either is fine, though I think rock salt may be cheaper to use.

2 plastic bags. I quart sized and 1 gallon sized. Remember you can improvise with this. It’s just a rough guide.

Music that you can shake and move your butt to. Or just your kids favorite music.

So now let the games begin.

So take the milk, the sugar and the flavoring you have chosen and mix them together in a bowl, the put the mix into your small bag and seal it tightly so that it can’t leak out.

Take your ice out of the freezer, you will probably need about 2 quarts, and place in the bigger bag with the salt. The ice and salt should fill about half of the big bag.

Now take the small bag and put it into the big bag. The most important thing here is to make sure that both bags are are sealed really well as you don’t want them mixing together. You can use tape if needed, that’s fine.

Now put on some great music and shake those bags, shake them and agitate them and massage them, (be careful not to split them). You can do this for between 10 – 15 minutes. In this time your mixture will have turned into solid ice cream. Magic! Now eat and enjoy!
